Few months ago I was all ready to run a whole month of children’s book reviews when I realized that my post on a very special to my girls book disappeared and so did all the pictures! I was quite upset as I couldn’t make my girls cooperate and take more pictures again. Luckily, in the debts of backups, I was able to locate a couple of those lost pictures. But with the time passing, pregnancy progressing, not feeling well and moving to another apartment, I was waiting for an opportunity to post a review of this amazing book by Giselle Shardlow – Sophia’s Jungle Adventure (the link is for Giselle’s YouTube video on how to use this book!)

Giselle, who is a fellow Multicultural Kid Blogger, sent this book to us last year and since then I’ve read it so many times to my girls 1+ and 5+ years olds.

As well as recently I managed to incorporate it into my ESL classes. The thing about children of different age groups is that they LOVE beautiful pictures, simple wording and movement. So it is a very fun and engaging book to read!
